Scott Hansen joined Murray Commercial after having spent more than 25 years in sales and business development in the flexible packaging and electrical industries. He was in the flexible packaging industry developing relationships with food and packaging manufacturers, many of which you probably have in your pantries right now. Scott has a history of building a strong rapport with his customers and colleagues over the years in a way that demonstrates the clients’ needs come first. He firmly believes that to be successful in any client relationship, you must develop a strong sense of trust between the parties.

Scott has personally invested in both residential and commercial real estate for the last 20+ years. He knows from firsthand experience what a good real estate investment looks like. He developed, managed, and eventually sold a local business that included land and buildings. Armed with this business management knowledge, Scott brings the necessary financial background to accurately assess a property’s viability whether leasing or brokering a property or managing a property asset.

Scott and his wife, Karen, both grew up in the Fox Valley and have called many parts of Chicago home. Scott, having spent so much time in the near and far west suburbs, has a strong understanding of the Chicagoland market. This knowledge and a passion for real estate combined with Scott’s relationship building skills will help you maximize a transaction that best serves your financial interest whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in a property.
